II. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
C&B OPERATIONS
Conduct monthly payroll, Personal Income Tax, allowances and bonus in accordance with company policies
Declare and register social & health insurance & unemployment insurance for Vietnamese staff and related reports
Issue tax code, register employee's dependents information and in chart of PIT finalization to government's tax
Follow up probation evaluations, contract renewal evaluations and prepare labor contracts within the required time frame
Conduct job evaluation, salary structure, and salary survey
Support in the annual salary review, performance evaluation, promotion programs, etc
Manage and update Internal Regulation, Collective Agreement
HR REPORT & CONSULTANCY
Propose and manage C&B policies and processes. Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc)
Design, implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs
Generate and submit periodic reports to the Labor office and other reports to site authorities
Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices
Other job duties as assigned by HR Manager

I. JOB REQUIREMENT (EDUCATION/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE)
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in C&B
Female under 32 years old
Knowledge of Total rewards, Policy, Mercer methodology, C&B operations (Payroll, PIT, Insurance...)
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices is a significant plus
Strong data analysis and data interpret skill
Excellent in Excel and Good command of spoken and written English, detail-oriented.
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
