This position plays an active role to partner with other departments, to give prompt supports and to ensure the HR operation aligned with business goals.
The incumbent can communicate with all levels and is able to act as a consultant on HR management and Organizational changes.
Act as a point of contact for respective department for all HR issues and processes to ensure sufficient information flow.
Act as a main communication and coordination point to enhance communication & support to employees
Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations of HR related issues and suggest solutions.
Work closely with managers and employees, to consult and provide daily HR guidance; to challenge and support them in various management situations; to improve work relationships and to build morale and culture.
Coordinate and partner with other HR (TA, L&D, ER) to resolve complex issues; to develop and retain the employees.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Serves as a change management agent/champion
Other tasks assigned by HR C&B Manager.

Degree/Diploma in HR or other relevant qualifications
Minimum 05-year experience as HR generalist or HRBP resolving complex employee relations issues (with 3 years at similar level).
Proven track record of delivering results in a changing and growing business environment
