Mô tả Công việc

HR Executive - Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition reports directly to HR Director on daily basis, and perform a full range of duties, including but not limited to:

  • Investigating and building workforce planning
  • Partnering with hiring managers to finalize staffing needs
  • Managing and implementing plans for expatriate and local recruitment.
  • Being responsible for searching on the suitable recruitment channels for each position, posting /updating local Vietnamese vacancies on recruitment publications/websites e.g. Cognita Career website, Online Job websites through recruitment agencies/fairs and appropriate publications.
  • Building effective working relationships with local recruitment providers and stakeholders e.g. online recruitment channels, headhunter agencies; as well as building networks to find qualified passive candidates
  • Monitoring applications and developing/reporting to HR Manager timely the database of qualified local candidates; proceeding collecting / searching applications, screening, creating shortlist, conducting prescreening interview and arranging direct interviews.
  • Working closely with HR Director and Head of school to decide the offer package, conducting salary negotiation and offering to successful candidates
  • Arranging relevant correspondence for successful and unsuccessful candidates
  • Preparing offer letter and employment contracts
  • Working closely with HR Assistant Manager in updating relevant data of contractual salary and benefits, salary advance/deductions of employees for monthly payroll generation.
  • Conducting recruitment process in compliance with Safeguarding Policies i.e. Safer Recruitment (background security checks, criminal checks, references checks etc. for all regular staff members, relief/causal staff, volunteers, and outside contractors etc.)
  • Preparing profiles for new hired employees, making sure that it is in accordance with safer recruitment policies and all necessary background checks are conducted.
  • Monitoring and timely reporting to HR Director status of recruitment and staffing
  • Assisting HR Assistant Manager to maintain employee database HRIS, employees’ profiles, ensuring all data updated accurately on timely basis.
  • Building and maintaining candidate database
  • Other duties as assigned by HR Director

Yêu Cầu Công Việc


  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, Master degree is preferable


  • 4-8 years of experience in HR, especially with recruitment and workforce management.
  • Candidate with experience working in international education field is strongly preferred. 


  • Good understanding of HR recruitment, workforce planning, talent mapping, budgeting, onboarding process, employee engagement, labour relations, employer branding, buddy system.
  • Be familiar with and up-to-date on market recruitment practices


  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (Verbal, Written, Listening Skills)
  • Interpersonal and networking skills
  • Clearly express ideas, information, and concerns both verbally and in written format in both positive and negative situations
  • Good time and self-management skills
