Mô tả Công việc

Purpose

The HR Executive will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions including learning & development, recruitment, and compliance within TEKCOM.

Responsibilities and key activities

Determine and analyze recruitment requirements from the Head of Department.
Search for suitable candidates through the TEKCOM process.
Develop and imply human resource forecast & recruitment plan.
Oversee the recruitment and selection activities, seek recruitment sources, interview, offers new hires, promotions, transfers, payroll changes, and termination of employment decisions.
Complete all the records of qualified candidates (Offer letter, pass probation, Labor contract ...).
Deploy orientation for new staff.
Assist HR Team Leader / HR Manager in developing L&D programs.
Provide learning and development program operation.
Summarize and analyze training needs (TNA), evaluate training programs.
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them.
Collaborate with the TEKCOM Way team to develop an HRM system.
Monitor HR department’s budget.
Manage employees’ grievances.
Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
Other job duties as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education: University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, and related fields. Master's degree preferred.
Computer: Good computer user knowledge and skills.
Language: Fluency of English, fluency in Chinese-Mandarin is a plus.
Experience:
- At least 01 years experience in the same role in a manufacturing company with a size of over 1.000 staff.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Solid understanding of full-cycle training.
- Understand labor legislation, full-cycle recruitment.

Bằng cấp: Đại học
Thời gian thử việc: 2 tháng
Cơ hội huấn luyện: Tham gia các khóa đào tạo bên ngoài và nội bộ để nâng cao kỹ năng và chuyên môn.
Độ tuổi: 23 - 27
Thời gian làm việc: Làm giờ hành chính từ thứ 2 đến thứ 7
Đồng nghiệp: Môi trường trẻ, cởi mở, hòa đồng, thân thiện, thẳng thắn
