Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers;
Designing training programs and deliver training in line with the development strategy of the company;
Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary;
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs using surveys, questionnaires, interviews and by observation, in order to plan future courses or to amend existing ones.

Estimate, propose and manage the budget/cost of recruitment activities;
Report, analyze and evaluate the efficiency of recruitment methods at each stage;
Contact and keep contact in touch with headhunters for high level recruitment requests;
Search, screen and schedule interview and assist in selection; coordinate the offers.
