Mô tả Công việc

HR Leader is in charge of building company human resources in any way that benefits the company as well as encouraging more efficient and beneficial work from employees. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies

  • Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees

  • Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience

  • Ensure employees to understand company core values, policy and comply with them

  • Set clear goals and benchmarks for recruitment team

  • Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team

  • Build and compile training contents and programs (Company products)

  • Receive, find out the required information from other departments, organize skill training courses for employees.

  • Perform integration training for new employees.

  • Create and present recruiting KPI reports

  • Attend to employee complaints and work to resolve conflicts

  • Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Good attitude

  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in HR

  • Good command of English

  • Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)

  • Advanced communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to train employees.

  • Clear and cheerful voice.

  • Highly organized and detail oriented.

  • Excels both in independent work and collaboration.

  • Takes initiative to implement necessary changes.

  • Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel)
