- Graduated from University with major in: HR management, Law, Economy or related
- Well communication in English or Korean (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)
- Experience: having at least 3 years of HR experience
- Having the ability to make plan, organize work, analysis and solve issues
- Having the experience of administrative personnel, practical experience, extensive understanding
- Mastering policies on labor law, social insurance, regulations related to human resource management
