-Planning for recruitting, training, developing human resource.
-Constructing the developing occupation programs for company employees
-Developing policies to promote and replacement personnel.
-Planning Human resource in order to best serve for business and company's strategy.
-Building salary standard, reward policies, encouraging, stimulating employees to work, implement regime for employees.
-Organizing and implementing administrative assignment follow HR's functions and follow BOD's requirement
-Building regulations and planning scheldule related to using of possession and equipment of the company.
-Building plan and organizing,supervising the implementation of security order, labor safety, labor hygiene and fire prevention.
-Advising for BOD to build strategically organizational structure of company.
-Building a system of rules and regulations for the company and monitoring the observance of such rules.
-Proposing for BOD to handle the problems of Organization and Personnel Administration
-Proposing for BOD to build company's organization and administration
-Insure company secutiry and safety
-Assigning work between divisions.
Batchelor or higher educational background in all majors, preferably in law
More than 5 years of experience in HR administration
Good Business English and/or Vietnamese Capability in Writing and Speaking
Know-how of international labor law and Vietnam labor law
