- HRM planning, HRM consulter for Directors
- Coordinate work for team members , implement policies, receive direct order from Directors.
- Manage recruitment activities, training, salary and allowance policies
- Stay up to date to Labor Law, Nike’s policy
- Checking on policy, procedure implementation.
- Responsible for external activities (with related government departments)
- Obey Viet Nam Law, other Labor policies and Nike regulations.
- Consulting on regulations, policies and giving solutions for improving HR quality. - Set up and evaluate KPIs for employees
- Making relevant report as requested
- Others will be discussed in the interview.
- Graduated university majored in Human Resource Management, Law, Economics.
- Proficiency in English ( Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing)
- Working experience: at least 5-year experience in HRM, at least 3-year experience in equivalent positions, working experience in Nike processing factory is a priority.
- Planning skill, organization skill, analyzing skill and problem-solving skill
- Have knowledge in HRM, practical experience, deep and wide understanding for the HRM
- Understand policies about Labor Law, Social insurance, HRM related policies, Nike CLS
- Be able to build up standard procedure
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Good management, supervising and coordinating skill
- Be able to build-up, maintain good relationship and solve the conflict in the organization
