1. Education
Vietnamese with university degree.
Excellent in English
HRBP knowledge
Professional HR best practices qualification
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
2. Experience in Human Resources Manager
Very details in job and accuracy
Minimum 7 years working experience in the HR Manager of foreign companies (Furniture is preferred)
Solid background in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Good experience in KPI system
Strong TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Strong knowledge of HR Practices system
Budgeting and cost control
Leadership skill and professional service
Previous experience using HR software
Overall knowledge in manufacturing practices
Ability to work independently and under high pressure in a team spirit
To be willing to travel if necessary
