The employee’s roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following tasks:
1. Support HR Team Leader to handle employee relation management
2. Plan and execute employee engagement activities
3. Plan and carry out company culture activities
4. Be in charge of HR communication activities
5. Outsourcing employee management (attendance record, salary calculation, contract management and related policies management)
- University graduate with a bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Humanism or related fields
- Have good English comprehension
- Have experience working in similar positions in international corporations
- Have good communication and networking skills, outgoing and sociable but calm, and detail-oriented
