Provide insight and advice to day-to-day organizational operations and aligning objectives and goals of departments with the Company's business objectives.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships.
Co-operate and assisting the organization in hiring the potential talent
Identify training needs for teams and individuals. Coordinate with Training Team to evaluate training programs to cater for the company's organization development.
Assist on the implementation of HR budget.
Provide HR policy guidance (Human Resources Policies & Procedures, Collective Labour Agreement, Labour Regulations, Staff Handbook)
Assist to monitor and report on workforce and succession planning through identifying key talents, developing Personal Development Plan (PDP), and monitoring their execution.
Execute People Oganization Development (POD) pillar to ensure the workforce planning and people development effectively.
Suggest new HR strategies, ideas to improve operations fast and agile.
Other tasks/projects will be assigned by Line Manager.

Qualifications: University Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics
Experience / skills required:
Minimum 3 years of experience in HRBP/HR generalist senior staff/supervisor role of medium or big size organization
Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices. Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
Analytical and goal oriented
Language(s): Conversant in spoken and written English
