- Understand Business Units’ personnel requirements and pro-actively provide recruitment services for Operator positions.
- Manage company’s recruitment process: Screen/pre-select resumes, schedule interviews, collect employee documents, generate offer letters.
- Develop and implement strategies to source and attract talent;
- Initiate and implement Employer Branding program
- Be an active net-worker and an HR Professional to represent the Company inside and outside.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Build, receive the plan and make the recruitment plan from production team
- Join HR projects and other assignments by line manager.
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Research and promptly update relevant legal documents
2. Hiring Reports
- Provide hiring reports with accurate data to show a comprehensive picture of the recruitment, also seek for root causes and raise relevant solutions.
- Update recruitment and leave rates weekly, monthly
3. Training and development
- Plan and monitor training programs for new employees
- Execute, monitor, and evaluate Learning & Development strategies and programs.
- Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure people development plans align with company strategies and vision.
4. Employer Branding
- Conduct related activities with the company to up hold the employer brand.
5. HR teamwork & other projects
- Coordinate any events organized by HR Department.
- Share teamwork and other projects as assigned.
- Graduated from university majoring in HR, law
- Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office;
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Basic English (writing and reading)
