Collect Recruitment Requisition from Departments (Form of Recruitment Requisition), and set schedule for recruitment accordingly
Post jobs, sort CVs, do phone interviews and coordinate with other Heads of Department for interview arrangement as well as selecting appropriate candidates as required
Complete the all Candidates’ documents and discuss the starting date with the qualified candidates.
Make Reports of Recruitment Status
Training & Development
Be in charge of On-board Training
Annual training as Master Plan
Work with Department Heads to identify the Training needs & design Annual Master Training Plan
Build-up relationship with Universities/ Colleges/ Vocational Schools in order to recruit employees, interns
Collaborate and co-operate to accomplish the cross-sectional projects
Other responsibilities as per assignment of superior/ direct manager.

Education: Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or English
Experience: At least 2 year-experience at the same role with multinational companies
Languages: Good command in English (a must)
Other requirements:
Microsoft Skill: Word, excel, PowerPoint
Strong planning and analytical skills
Well organized, high sense of responsibilities, teamwork.
Priority for candidates with experience in Talent Acquisition, Training & Development.
