1. Compensation :
+ Checking & making timesheet, follow up annual leaves monthly and yearly, counting allowance and payroll for monthly staff.
+ Follwing up employee’s contract including pass probation contract.
+ Making reports relating to C&B functions such as Payroll, Insurance reports, PIT reports.
+ Keeping record of staff (attendants, leaves, doctor’s certificate)
+ HRM Online system implementation
+ Follow up and making report for yearly performance evaluation
+ Handling staff resignation procedure.
+ Controlling Procedure of HR & GA division, Rules, Regulation and Policies of the company in accordance with current Vietnam Labor Code and Culture, policies of the company.
+ Follow up the sickness leave, maternity leave....or other insurance benefits for employees every month upon case-by-case basis.
+ To prepare, follow up & implement Accident insurance for employees (Social 24h)
+ Follow up employee benefits as per the company policy
+ To full fill vacancy for company, preparing headcount as extension.
+ To post Job, sort out candidates, and arrange interview
+ Follow up Job Description from all dept.
+ Follow up offer letter to candidates
+ To conduct orientation program: overview company, company regulation.
+ Follow up training record & filling.
+ Organization internal & external training course as requirement.
5. Employee relationship:
+ Receiving and handling conflicts, labor disputes occurred at work place, support Board of Directors on considering and doing discipline in accordance with Company Labor Regulation.
+ Accountable for HR activities as year end party.
+ Cooperating with team and other departments to organize activities in the company as dealer, promotion program.
+ Employee retention plan
+ Follow employees’ birthday
+ Accountable for employee’s health check.
+ Accountable for service contract as Cleaning service, office for rent.
+ Controlling visa, passport, work permit and required report from local authority for foreign employee.
+ Looking for new office rental.
+ Responsible for period reports
+ To consolidate HR report: recruitment, training, turnover rate.
+ Handling on KPI (HR and GA) part.
+ Other jobs as assigned
