Mô tả Công việc

General Job scope:

· Leading and delivery activities for Blue Collar in Binh Duong Plant, VSIP 1

· Ensuring full compliance to statutory requirements, collective labor agreements & company policies.

· Administering Employee Benefits processing (e.g. Medical benefits & claims, Social Insurance ....)

· To work cohesively with the Payroll team based in Ho Chi Minh office for needed validations and sign offs and to ensure alignment for the purpose of monthly payroll requirements.

Main responsibilities:

a. Workforce Administration:

· Manage actual and update SHARP data by raise ticket to MBS service (for new joiners, leavers, status & data changes, promotion, demotion, movement, reporting lines, benefit changes, etc)

· Perform and maintenance of scan file to ensure that all required documentation that are agreements between employee and company or required documents for government audits are maintained and updated

· Raise ticket on behalf of employee when they need to update their individual infor or others.

· Deliver and receive letters for blue collar employee movements; new hire, termination, severance, promotion, lateral move, disciplinary, Generali Insurance related etc

b. Compliance

· Any findings on violation will be soon reported to HR Manager

· Well communicated to all employee on Local regulation, Global Policy, Company Policy and procedure through training and socialization on employee-communication meeting

· Mastering on any regulation related to Labor & able to coach for those who violate regulation

· Ensure ethical standards maintained

· Mondelez International policies and values maintained

c. Compensation & Benefit

· Maintain & update Employee’s leave record and ensure all leaves are proposed properly

· Provide semester report on Employee’s leave for Performance Review

· Guide the claims procedure & work closely with medical insurance provider to ensure all medical claims and bills are reimbursed correctly

· Timely update employee data change to Social Health Unemployment Insurance Specialist

· Provide valid data base for any employee’s salary and allowance (overtime, attendance allowance, transportation allowance, shift allowance, etc)

· Administer the employee benefits i.e. Health Care Insurance

· Organise joint briefing session with insurance broker to brief employees on benefits as needed

d. P-file & scan for Employees

· P-file for documentation completion for new joiners/active employees and leavers

e. HR/PLANT Projects and Regional/Global Project implementations

· To proactively engage in the delivery of projects which are global/regional requirements, to be involved in local process alignment, support of deliverables, business engagement to support changes to ways of working

· Other current /future project related to HR/Plant needs

f. Employee Relations & Government Relations

· Engagement with government officers/departments when required or summoned on labour matters, clarification of Social Security, Tax or labour related matters

· Assist employees in completing tax related forms where literacy is an issue

· Assist employees in explaining company policy matters, timekeeping or payroll where needed

g. Plant Reports & Support for Audits

· Provision disciplinary, FTE/HC reports, etc. that are specific to the management of BC employees where it is related to pay.

Provide support for audits where employee data, supporting documentation, timekeeping data is required. Ensuring all documentation is available and complete. (ref. pfiling & efiling)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Requirements:

·         University degree, fresh or experienced.

·         Knowledge of labor law, statutory requirements

·         Strong process orientation & attention to detail

·         Proven administrative ability in an environment requiring accuracy, consistent achievement of deadlines and minimal supervision

·         Excel skills – experience in spreadsheets using advanced functions

 ·        Effective written and verbal English & Vietnamese communication skills
