Mô tả Công việc

We are looking for a HR Supervisor for a manufacturing company as detail:

  • Participate in HR planning recruitment, interview and receipt of new staff; Issues related to staff in the department.
  • Participate in training and orientation of new employees, extend probationary period and provide content to evaluate the process of completion of work.
  • Responsible for all HR issues, such as labor contract and its appendix, Probation agreement, termination agreement (renew contract, salary adjustment...) for employees
  • Responsible for office activities: office maintenance, transportation - warehousing, finance and insurance.
  • Collecting monthly attendance records; checking daily presence of staff (reporting punctuality, lateness or absence, etc.); following up annual leaves, regulated leaves, insurance compensation, etc.
  • To responsible the Expat issues such as: visa, work permit, temporary residence card, housing rental...
  • Do follow up and make proposal all the sub-contract such as: car rental, warehouse rental, sanitation service, security service, hotel in Hanoi
  • To coordinate with safety committee to check up and follow up all the Health, Safety & Environment as so to compliance with Viet Nam Law and Group policies.
  • To manage all issues relevant administrative jobs as: reception, building maintenance, stationary, communicate system...
  • To implement and drive the ISO certificates system.
  • To organizing events, internal communications of the company
  • To coordinate with other department to successfully deliver’s TKMV’s goal.
  • To strictly comply with applicable rules and regulations with respect to policies in the area of quality, employment conditions and environment.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Over 30 years old
  • University Degree, Good communication in English; good computer skills.
  •  Result-oriented, pro-active, independent, flexible, excellent social and communicative skills and representative.
  • Have 2 -3 year- experience in C&B and strong knowledge about Vietnamese labor law and PIT law as a priority.
  • Good experience in office managing and administrative.
