Mô tả Công việc
1. Recruiting
· Receive recruitment request, prepare recruitment proposal in system
· Posting job in job search website
· Receive and screening CVs
· Arrange interview with Hiring manager and BOD member (if any)
· Prepare offer/ follow up negotiation with candidate / in charge of on-boarding
2. Managing Labor contract
· In charge of labor contract filling
· Follow up the situation of labor contract in system
· Remind BOD and Department Manager about renew contract
· Follow up evaluation and salary adjustment (if any)
3. Compensation & Benefit
· Overall manage salary calculation, PIT, attendance recording
· Manage SHUI procedures/ claim/ declaration.
4. Reporting
· Get the personal information as well as update the monthly and yearly report for HR
· Make labor report for local authority department periodically or regarding to requirements.
· Update personal policy and HR’s budget controlling periodically.
· Prepare monthly HR report/analysis
. Other ad-hocs report when required
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resource management or related field.
· 3-5 year experience in the same position
· Good at English (Speaking and writing)
Skills
· Good at communication skills, problem-solving.
· Be able to work in a team environment
· Demonstrated ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
· Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple objectives simultaneously
. Strong communication skills with the ability to think critically and take initiative.
