Mô tả Công việc

1. Resourcing:

· Provide support to managers in the recruitment including job posting, CVs screening & selection, laising with candidates and interview arrangement.

· Participate in the solution of resources allocation, reassignment.

2. Compensation and Benefits:

· Be responsible for monthly payroll and benefits to all employees.

· Handle all documentation and reports to Social Insurance Authority to ensure the timely and accurately reports and practices.

· Be responsible for record system of employees data, legal profiles management, severance payment and other procedures in order to ensure the HR practices.

· Assist with the annual salary review process.

· Monitor sickness and absence levels and provide monthly management.

· Review and manage new starter and leaver processes, including conducting exit interviews for all staff.

· Manage HR documentation and administrative procedure of employee’s circle life from new hire to termination of contract.

· Be responsible for PIT & Social Insurance finalization reports and other relates as required.

3. Employee Relations:

· Work closely with employees, providing them with expert guidance and support on the full range of HR activities (including policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, absence management, redundancy record ect), in order to ensure a consistent and fair practices to employees.

· Keep up to date with legal developments on compliance and risk factors.

· Maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure effective, fair and consistent management of staff throughout the organization.

· Support the implementation of performance review system.

· Operate all the HR activities and internal events in compliance with company policy.

4. Others:

· Manage the information held on the HR database and personnel files to ensure it is updated in a timely and accurate manner and complies with legal or data protection policies.

· Other tasks assigned by direct manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

·       Bachelor degree on HR Management, Law or Business Administration

·       Fully understanding and experienced in compensation regulation and Labour Law, Social Insurance Law and other state guidance 

·       Experienced in the implementation of employment policies and procedures

·       Experienced in recruitment interviewing and assessment candidates

·       Ability to work autonomously and flexibly

·       Influencing, persuading, and negotiating skills

·       Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

·       Ability to prepare HR reports

·       Pro-active and self-motivated

·       Excellent attention to detail

·       Co-operative and supportive team player
