Mô tả Công việc
Be in charge of performing full spectrum of compensation and benefits for Outsourcing staff including:
- Payroll calculation and management, attendance/ leave record for employees
- Social & health & unemployment Insurance: increasing, decreasing, changing salary report (if any), monthly reconcile SHUI report data.
- PIT declaration, PIT finalization & dependence registration
- Discipline violation processing for employee & agents: issuing Warning letter..
- Control and do labor contract, violation decision, salary increasing decision…
- Do monthly reports related to C&B: annual leave, OT record…
- Update Master list: Resignation, promotion….
- Manage employee profile and save profile logically
- Manage performance appraisal and 13th salary, bonus yearly (if any)
- Manage Annual Health Check-up for OS staff.
- Manage benefits related to Trade Union of OS vendor.
- Other tasks is assigned by management
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Age: 25 - 35 years old
- University degree: Priority for major related to Human Resources Management
- At least 02 years working with the familiar responsibility
- Deep knowledge about Labor code, Insurance, PIT and other law and regulation relating to HR Field: C&B
- Good Skill relating to calculating Payroll, PIT, Insurance….
- Communication with calm, effectively, out-going, sense of humor, friendly and open-minded
- High sense of responsibility in confidential matter
- Be able to work under high pressure
- Good written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese
- Good at computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point...)
