HRMS Admin support – be fully responsible to input new hire & to maintain / update employee records in HRMS (information of personnel, contract, allowance, on-boarding & off-boarding, performance appraisal, etc.).
Gathering payroll data – dependent information, leaves & bank account to support monthly payroll processing
HRMS Admin - to support end users if any issues occur
Export HR report in needs – leave reports, personnel reports, etc. or to distribute company letter/form to employee: occupation confirmation, practicing confirmation, decision of termination, etc.
Document compliance support – to cross check information between employee data in the system & employee profile in paper; support to fulfill document in case of missing items
Participating in organizing company events / activities
Other tasks as required
