Establish and develop the SOPs to ensure the environmental, health and safety of site personnel, visitors and contractors are complied with VGSI standard;
Co-ordinate the efforts of and coach personnel through the development of critical documentation and tools to support risk assessments, safe work practices and adverse event/near miss reporting & investigation;
Provide HSE direction, assistance and support for corrective actions and recommendations to assure site HSE improvements;
Help create a culture of injury-free attitudes within the site team by demonstrating honest, genuine care and passion for HSE;
Develop and implement site workplace inspections and audits to identify work hazards and risk assessments on tasks and machinery. Determine trends and action plans and corrective actions;
Developing annual training plan based on the training needs and coordinating with HR to implement it;
Ensure all regulatory documentation and records are maintained and report;
Review and assist in the development of new facilities and processes to ensure optimum HSE practices are integrated as part of the change;
Work closely with site leadership to ensure continual improvement and compliance in HSE activities;
Maintain and develop, if required, compliance-related policies and procedures based on HSE requirements
Incident & injury reporting & investigation system exists;
Plan, preparation and periodic update ERP procedure and exercises for emergency response team
As an Emergency Response Team Leader (as first contact point in case of emergency).
Environmental:
Coordinate and engage environmental personnel and other personnel in the identification, development and implementation of HSE goals which will positively impact and add value to the organization;
Manage environmental processes within site operations to assure proper waste management and minimization practices in accordance with regulatory requirements & legal requirement;
Administer, maintain and audit the Management System to ensure the Environmental operating procedures are kept up to date while responding to audits. Ensure all legislative documentation is in place and current.
Health:
Periodic reporting to the local Health center;
Program for monitoring and management the Victims after accidents
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Minimum of an accredited 4-year college degree in related HSE, Environment.
Language: Fluency in both verbal and written (English and Vietnamese)
Computer: Excellent skill for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Auto CAD.
Working experience: At least 05 year experience for HSE Manager
Professional skills or certificate:
- Certificates or license relevant to the works
- Have knowledge of relevant law regulations
- English skill
Personal capabilities:
- Sincerity, honesty, Hard-working, Meticulous, good health.
- Professional and proactive attitude, good managing skill.
