We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist with a focus on:
Execute of the recruitment process including job posting, screening CVs, interviewing, regular communication with candidates and superior/hiring managers for all positions.
Contact Universities to recruit potential students, propose and implement Job Fair to find candidates sources actively
Compose and send Job Offer to successful candidates, Thank-you Letter to failed candidates.
Send email welcome new staff to related department
Prepare computer, seating, stationery for office staff
Welcome new staff, check their personal documents according to recruit checklist
Exchange the information to new staff, guide them to fill out the form on the first onboard date
Be in charge of monthly payroll (salary, allowances, deductions, adjustments, overtime payment, unpaid leave, sick leave…) for employees based on the timesheet and overtime records.
Coordinate with Accounting Department regarding the payroll process to ensure timely and accurately remittance to employees.
Process and complete monthly personal income tax declaration, finalization for employees to ensure PIT compliance.
Manage PVI health & accident insurance registration for all employees
Manage Trade Union activities and required filing with District Trade Union authority
Handle all statutory insurance procedures for employees, including social insurance, unemployment and health insurance
Be in charge of air tickets, hotel booking, per diem for staff’s business trip
Provide taxi card to staff & other departments
Office operation and administrative tasks supporting office staff
Supervise & ensure the daily jobs of Admin to go smoothly & efficiently
Other tasks or initiatives that are directed by HR Manager.

A minimum of 3 years experiences in HR Generalist, multinational retailer of company size more than 100 headcounts. Prefer Candidate with recruitment experience in Hotel/Retails/F&B or mass recruitment is a plus
Good at English communication skills.
Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.

Have a strong team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude, good time management skill and problem solving
