In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
· Preferred in Compensation and Benefit (C&B) management, Performance management, Support Diversity.
· Intermediate English proficiency expected.
· Good written & oral communication in Vietnamese.
· Proven analytical skills and operational management skills
· Attention to detail in Administration and People Management
· Proven ability in leading a team in a result-oriented environment
· Commitment and ability to adjust and work on non-standard hours for long term (shifts and nights) & Local travel.
· At least 5 years in administration field, preferably in same industry.
· Proficiency level in MS Office Software such as Excel, Word and Power Point will be an advantage.
