- Be responsible to control and improve document (WI/PM/Check card)
- Be responsible to efficiency improvement.
Responsibilities
- Process Doc: Process Manual, WI, TSI, TD
- GK (SOP & Report)
- New Doc System migration
- E/M Routing update
- Follow product output everyday. Make sure achieve the standard target.
- Documentation improvement.
Job Description
- Focus on the Industrial Engineering functions for (Assembly & Packing Organization) that covers:
- Equipment Capacity Analysis that includes capex requirements
- Manned Capacity Analysis that includes the use of MOST;
- Floor Space requirements to support customer demand;
- Defined Cycle Time measurements and improvement activities;
- Drive Internal / External Benchmarking efforts / activities;
- Clear definition of standards for all resources required by Manufacturing (DL/IDL, UPH, Cycle Time, Materials, Utilities, etc);
- Ensure that all capacity analysis models are up to date;

Requirement
- Industrial Engineering
- 3-5 years of manufacturing experience with a Multi-national company in Industrial Engineering
- University, Major in Mechanical, Mechatronic related.
- Understand UG / CAD / WORD / EXCEL software, working knowledge
- At least 3 years working experience in a machenical / electronics / electrical feild
- Ability to work in a team environment
