• Prepare customs declaration documents, including Invoice, Packing list, CO and other related documents
• Check the validity of the documents
• Submit document to get CO when required
• Customs declaration on ECUSS5 system for export goods (types of production, export, business, temporary import for re-export, sample, non-commercial), customs clearance (including inspection for red line/ changed line)
• Monitor the inventory of imported raw materials used to product export goods, and use norms until the goods are shipped
• Manage and maintain HS code for exported goods received from NCY
• Coordinate, support with other departments related to procedures, goods, documentations
• Update circular on new regulations of the industry for export/ import goods
• Making settlement documents, refunding advance shipping fees
• Make proposal payment for container freight, loading fees for forwarders
• Establishes relationships, working with agencies, other service providers
• Prepare annual settlement reports of raw materials, finished products and other reports in accordance with current Laws.
• Prepare periodic reports, export reports and related export declarations according to the regulations of the company
• Report working plan and progress to department head
• Solving customs issue if any arise.
• Working with relevant departments for arising issue
• Work with forwarders to arrange shipments
• Gather, file and keep documentations
• Ensure export from Vietnam comply with the provisions of the law and the Group (Export Control)
