MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
· Analyze business requirement, design IT solution, feasibility study, finalize IT solution with business unit.
· Program & implement IT solution, do R&D.
· Supervise IT Solution staffs
1/ Solution designing:
· Work with business unit to design software solution to reduce workload, increase operation efficiency.
· Apply suitable/updated technology and framework into solution design to create good and flexible solution to adapt to business changes.
2/ Software development:
· Develop software application to match with operation requirements.
· Record all issues, bugs, new feature, improvement requirements into service desk system, daily update log work, push source code into JIRA software.
· Find the root, caused and fix it. Escalate it to superior if it cannot be resolved or fix within the SLA.
· Monitor the tasks list and complete it within committed timeline.
· Co-operate with project management team, operation team to do the test and UAT for application.
· Do implementation, training for end-users.
· Set goals for performance and deadlines to staffs.
· Organize workflow and ensure that staffs understand their duties or delegated tasks.
· Monitor staff productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
· Ensure adherence to company policies & procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if a need arises.
· Build up and maintain strategies on manpower resources.
4/ IT process and standard operation procedures support:
· Implement and supervise PDCA process.
· Supervise to ensure IT policies are complied.
· Standardize software development procedures.
Education: Graduated from University/College with a major in information technology, telecommunication, computer science or equivalent
· At least 1 year experience at the same position
· At least 3 years of software development experience
· Be proficient at:
+ Programing languages: C#, VB, ASP.net, JAVA
+ Webform and windows form
+ Database: Oracle, MS.SQL
+ Reports: Report viewer, Crystal Reports
· Basic English communication (verbal and written)
Soft Skill: Communication, management, negotiation, presentation
