Mô tả Công việc

  • Provide first level of end-user support.
  • Install and setup computers, office equipment for users at restaurant outlets and offices.
  • Support and troubleshoot system and network problems, hardware and software faults.
  • Arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in house.
  • Support users in using applications like POS, EInvoice, SAP, and office equipment by providing necessary training and advice.
  • Manage IT asset database, keep record of handover confirmation.
  • Monitor, review network performance, camera and WiFi systems on regular basis.
  • Document and maintain the Company’s network and other systems configuration values.
  • Perform master data setup and maintenace and support for POS system and other applications.
  • Participate to IT system implementation projects.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s or College’s degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science.
  • Having relevant Microsoft or Cisco certifications is a plus.
  • At least 1 year experience in IT support or customer service for IT industry.
  • Experience in administration of MS Windows domain networks.
  • Good knowledge of LAN/WAN network infrastructure, computer software and hardware
  • Experience with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Office 365, antivirus software, camera, WiFi, VoIP.
  • Experience with POS system is a big plus.
