Research the legal regulations to consult at the request of leaders

Contract

Support departments to review contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Conduct Training

Support to conduct training upon request of Group Policy

Support to check and translate the content of training files

Dealing With Externals

Perform legal procedures of Company, Branch

Draft official dispatch to State Agencies upon request

Represent for the company to work with competent state agencies, legal proceedings when authorized

Other Responsibilities

Translate contracts, agreements and other documents

Other tasks as required by upper-managerial positions case by casezed consultants on behalf of Owner.
