A) Compliance with CSR, HSE, local law system, fire fighting.
Incharge when customer audit, follow CAP until finish.
B) Local admin purchasing, international sparepart, machine purchasing.
1. Local admin purchasing: stationary, equipment, machines, tools,…
2. International sparepart, machine purchasing.
3. IT service external; CCTV.
4. Maintenance service external.
C) HR activities:
1. Orientation training with new staffs.
2. Support the new staffs finish their internal training plan.
3. Review the attendance table on time and correct before send to the Accounting department.
4. Develop, update, follow up, and review recruitment strategy, Joining interview process, Ensure the recruitment plan meet the timeline and target.
5. Develop, update, review, and follow up company policy, procedure and regulation.
6. Make the Appraisal evaluation yearly.
7. Issue annoucement involved to HR & Admin.
8. Make the probation contract/ labor contract and follow up.
9. Join the discipline process.
D) ADMIN ACTIVITES:
1. Perform general duties which include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing…
2. Assist in special events, such as fundraising activities, company activities etc.
3. General control car arrangement, canteen, security, cleaner, messenger, phone…
4. Organize annual party for employees at the year end/ involve in company tour.
5. Make the work permit, resident card, visa for expats in company.
E) TRADE UNION:
Establish the trade union and all activities involved to Trade Union in company.
Note: we have 1 HR & Admin assistant report directly to you for supporting HR & Admin jobs.
Bachelor degree in human resource, or other related field.
At least 5 years experience in HR & Admin tasks.
Good in English (writing and communication).
Priority for candidates who got experience with Nike/ Adidas audit standards.
