Mô tả Công việc

Overview (Objective of the Position)
- Develop relationships with a predefined portfolio of clients (investors, operators, general contractors, architects, specialist planners) and ensure a permanent contact management
- Consistent and goal-oriented expansion of the market segment hospitality (need-taking, demand determination, creation of customer-specific solutions)
Description of Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and create network with key decision makers (operators/Hotel management companies, investors, general contractors, architects) to develop and maintain relationships in order to ensure long-term success
– Actively research of project information through the established network and construction site signs
– Contact establishment (face-to-face, by phone, by e-mail) with project decision makers (obtaining project information, determination of needs, need awakening)
– Consult and make product presentation to project decision makers (presentation of the 360 ° project service, consultancy and support in planning and realization, providing samples and procure custom-made products)
– Create customized presentations for individual project concepts and products, creation of hardware sets and product documentation, help planners with creating bills of quantities
– Ensure products are listed in specifications
– Monitor submissions (obtaining submission information for forwarded to other sales units)
– Coordinate and constantly follow up on the progress of the project in accordance with defined QM procedures and valid work instructions
– Coordinate partners (network partners, distribution partners) in order to assure the project success
– Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
– Serve as the link of communication during the whole project between key customers and internal teams
– Fully responsibility and supervision of the sales success for supervised projects
– Fully responsibility for ongoing projects regarding customer care in cooperation with after-sales department
– Act as the liaison between projects and other sales teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met
– Support of regional sales offices regarding project related customers and assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
– Collaborate with sales teams to identify and grow opportunities within territory.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- University graduation
- Good product knowledge in the segment of architectural hardware and furniture fittings
- Experienced in sales with the customer target group (investors, operators, architects, specialist planners) and in delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer needs
- Ability to communicate, present and influence decision makers at all levels of an organization
- Excellent at listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Good at customer-oriented and problem-solving skills
- Strong English in both verbal and written
Specific Knowledge:
- Qualified technical (Engineer, Architect, Technician) or experience in construction industry
Other Requirements:
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Ability to work well with a team
- Available to travel as needed
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
