Build and manage the whole process of Learning & Development.
- Build competency Dictionary.
- Jobgrade matrix for training.
- Create a self-directed learning path for skills and capability development
- Conduct internal training courses.
- Select and evaluate suppliers for external training courses. Conduct and manage from before to after training.
Other tasks will be discussed in the interview.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Major in any fields.
- Experience: at least 5 years in the same positon (Having experiences in a construction company is a plus)
- Skills: good at: coaching & training, problems solving; communication.
- Attitude: willing to do attitude, deep-listening; opened-mindset, hospitality mindset.
