Leads and initiates the performance consulting process with multiple business units to ensure quality, effectiveness and cost efficiency of deliverables to achieve desired business results. 2. Strategic Planning & Implementation
Ensure training effectiveness and training processes for the transference of Starbucks culture, Mission and Guiding principles
Developing strategic and operational L&D plans, managing execution and measuring result.
Consults with Starbucks Asia Pacific to ensure updates of core trainings and other L&D initiatives are applied in Vietnam.
Consults with stakeholders to ensure that L&D programs are aligned with company business goals and objectives
Influences internal cross functional teams and manages external vendor resources to deliver relevant training solutions that meet business needs.
3. L&D Operations Management
Managing & monitoring daily operations of L&D team according to defined systems/ procedures
Coordinate delivery of training programs. Conduct, facilitate and market training programs and support field management in execution. Observe implementation of training programs. Ensure consistency and accuracy. Administer the training program calendar, including training classes, workshops and trainer certifications.
Track and analyze training programs by examining learner's satisfaction levels, proficiency testing, and job performance. Implements suggestions for improvements. Measure the impact of training programs on business results.
Trains and mentors functional trainers throughout and ensure quality of training programs conducted by functional trainers
4. Partner Development & Team Building
Providing team members with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities and building effective teams
Challenge and inspire partners to achieve results.

Professional qualification in training and/or organizational development.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in the areas of learning, training, succession planning and talent development.
Experience in same position in F&B or Retail industry with strong knowledge in store operations is a big plus.
Proficient in English, both written and oral.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Able to apply consultative skills in a business environment and able to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
