- Job Title: Leasing Administration Officer
- Work location: Hanoi Head Office, 3rd fIoor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi
- Working time: Monday - Friday
- Report to: Leader/ Manager

Job's summary: Contribute to Leasing Department's achievement by conducting administration task correctly and timely as well as summarize data/ progress as Leasing Department's demand.

Implement and check leasing documents to avoid mistakes that affect the company;
Implement and handle admin task to ensure Leasing Department's compliance with our company policy;
Collect and summarize Tenants' data related to leasing for Mall business evaluation;
Administer the progress of signing leasing documents to ensure timeline;
Compile Tenancy Agreement conditions to provide reference data for Leasing Department and make reports as assigned;
Correspond to related departments to proceed with the assignment smoothly;
Survey and study about brands and commercial center models to understand the retail market;
Make reports accurately & timely.
Complete other tasks as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor's degree, any fields;
Have 1 - 2 years of working experience in Sales Admin, Administration or related fields;
Good communication in English and Vietnamese;
Be careful with paperwork;
Good at Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
Have teamwork spirit and be willing to learn.
