MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
LeverEdge Master Data Executive manage NGDMS operations including master data management and central control to ensure smooth operations and deliver excellent services to customers.
I.Master data management:
a. Master data management:
• Gate keeper to ensure quality of master data created/ updated in the system.
• Initiate and facilitate system changes to adapt business changes.
• Responsible and control an on-going master data creation and maintenance (Article master, secondary price, FCS/ secondary stock target)
• Inventory management including approval of physical inventory count, return/recall orders, manual purchase order.
• Analyse changes in master data which impact on operations and prepare master data reports as required.
• Prepare and upload master data based on business requirement.
b. IQ master data management:
• Cooperate with Sales Operation to update Lead & Sup basepack monthly.
• Co-ordinate with Stake holders/IQ team to update IQ base pack grouping list in ISR and iQ Center in India monthly.
• Analysis, create template, validate code master and support for product hierarchy change yearly
c. Wind up data:
• Prepare migration data of DT wind-up case & follow up progress with L1/L2/stakeholders to make sure new DT go-live NGDMS on time as planned.
• Monitor interface between GPS/U2K2 to ISR and ensure quality of information for smooth operation.
d. Analysis & solve issue from system & smooth operation:
• Co-operate with L1/L2 and U2K2 team to solve any incident, service request relating to master data.
• Work collaboratively with CSE, CD Operations, U2K2 MDM, BO, CCD and business users to ensure smooth operations & deliver good services to customers.
e. Create tool for report, consult and propose solution for Biz
2. Phone validation system:
• Manage Phone validation master data operation: Creation outlet master in LE and upload data into Phone, upload change PJP Phone, delete Phone number when sales team request, solve issue and feedback for Sales team.
• Weekly Phone report coverage, updating Phone number.
• Join & build new CR of Phone.
II. Central control:
• Process champion on daily operational management in the system for all related work approval flows. Main gate communication related to Central Control functions.
• Lead users to ensure process/ principles are applied smoothly.
• Centralize changes of Sales force hierarchy structure & receive request from Users to create ISR & digital map user account.
• Maintain & update Authorization Matrix & Notifications for all NGDMS roles.
Skills and Experience Required:
• At least 3 years working experience in FMCG industry (experience in Sales Operation, Distributor Management System is an advantage)
• Good communication & great speed.
• Proactive, excellent service & grow mind set.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skill
• Analyze Biz and tecnical requirement, detail, careful in working and able to work under high pressure.
• Good command in English and computer skills
• Able to create tool, good excel and power point
