Mô tả Công việc

1. Overall

Responsible for four primary functions of marketing communications at idsMED – Country Level.

· Work closely with the Managing Director and Group Marketing Communications Team to formulate and manage all marketing communications strategies and further strengthen the idsMED brand name and image.

· Execute and implement all elements of strategy and planning that enhances brand equity and assists idsMED in achieving its company objectives via all means of corporate communications.

· Deliver measurable projects on time, within budget and to a consistently high quality.

· To monitor and measure all idsMED’s marketing communications activities which include Branding and Designs, Content & Channel Management, and Events Management both internal and external. Generate monthly report for all activities related to marketing communications.

· Develop, lead and manage the Country Marketing Communications team and ensure that all supervised team members are aware of their responsibilities and role requirements.

· Utilize effective methods to facilitate excellent two-way communication with all internal and external stakeholders

2. Branding

· To be the custodian of the idsMED Brand through rigorous adherence to all aspects of branding & image.

· To ensure consistent communication of the company’s desired image and brand position throughout the organization and assure communication of image and position to all stakeholders, both internal and external.

· To produce or oversee the production of designs of all corporate brand-related materials including but not limited to sales catalogs, flyers, posters, brochures, company profile, print ads, corporate collaterals, corporate video productions.

· Manage and coordinate production of brand-related designs with third-party agencies and/or in-house graphic designers.

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders for all branding-related supports.

3. Content & Channel Management

· To develop and implement innovative digital strategy with an advanced idsMED website & social media presence through our Spacenet Initiative.

· Responsible for the editorial direction of all corporate publications and other brand communications-related materials.

· Responsible for the development and/or oversee the development of engaging, creative, innovative online channels contents (email, online/web, and social media) and initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, and promotes the idsMED Brand and brand-focused messages that are consistent with the idsMED brand voice, style and tone.

· Responsible for all third-party relationship management

· Management of all creative resources including designers, writers, and other contributors.

· Manage publication schedules and deadlines.

· Generate weekly reports and review for all corporate communications publications in emails, online/web and all social media channels.

4. Events

    • Manage event coordinator(s) responsible for event coordination activities
    • Coordinate details of external events such as corporate-wide exhibitions, seminars & workshops, as well as internal events such as office parties and internal celebrations.
    • Define company brand through events.
    • Manage operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects/events are delivered efficiently.
    • Communicate, develop, manage, and maintain internal stakeholders (client) relationships
    • Manage vendor relationships
    • Ensure that the Event Preparation, Coordination, Execution and Post Event process are executed and done in a timely manner:-
    • Work with internal stakeholders for event requirement preparation – booths dimensions, electricity, displayed devices, marketing collaterals, etc. and ensure all requirements are met.
    • Coordinate with appointed vendor for booths design, development, and set up
    • Ensure excellent and quality delivery in each events
    • Analyze each events and provide post event report

5. Others

Any other tasks as deemed required by immediate superior or management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

·         Degree or Master in Communication, Marketing or  Business
·         Minimum 10 years’ experience in Communications, Marketing, Event Coordination and Management or Content Management, preferably with exposure in healthcare industry or B2B.
·         Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
.         Able to travel outstation or overseas when required.
·         Strategic in approach to solving problems; possess the ability to understand situations on a larger scale, but also possess the ability to manage details.
·         Strong interpersonal and management skills; able to communicate with and influence people positively.
·         Utilize resources effectively and efficiently in accomplishing plans and focus efforts on areas to create most positive impact to the business.
·         Ability to build and develop a team and set clear, achievable goals for team members.
·         Fluent in English (verbal and written).
·         Well organized and able to multi-task.

·         Creative and innovative
·         Deadline-oriented and attention to the details.
·         Be a natural multi-task person who has a positive and proactive attitude in problem solving.
