Mô tả Công việc

Evaluating new project information from customers and leading new product feasibility study
Reviewing project time plan, and preparing and updating new product development time plan within technical department
Participating the gate review, tracking the problem-solving and provide feedback
Reviewing product design according to customer requirement/information
Reviewing tooling design with consideration of product structure, quality requirement and manufacturing process
Preparing BOM, product label, FMEA, sample request sheet and ordering material for sample parts
Reviewing process flow chart, playbook, layup design, prepreg nesting, estimated IE time and custom information
Establishing and maintaining MES/ERP information as required
Reviewing working instruction for each process and MES scanning sheet
Keep a good track of the sample manufacturing and be aware of existing problems, Preparing/updating the lesson-learned database according to trial-out report, problem-tracking report from process engineer
Updating project LOP weekly
Ensuring all the working instructions, BOM, playbook, layup design, part history etc. are updated and published on time
Supporting the handover of product development to launch team in pilot run, ensuring all the necessary data are provided and documents are updated, and supporting the launch team and production until the first pilot run summary

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor’s degree in engineering field
Basic English communication skills
Good Microsoft Office skills
Know knowledge VDA 6.3 or IATF 16949 internal auditor is a plus
Know knowledge about 5 core tools & 7 QC tools is a plus
Good at PLC Siemen is preferable
Thử việc: 60 days
Thời gian làm việc: from Monday to Saturday, Note: 2 Saturday off/ month.
Đồng nghiệp: Active, friendly, team work.
Phúc lợi: Company transportation from District 2, Thu Duc District to Nhon Trach.
