Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Planning Marketing Strategy
Implement a strategic integrated marketing communications plan following correlating budget.
Manage & monitor communication channels to promote existing products and services
Develop advertising opportunities on ON and OFF channels
Content Marketing
Managing digital marketing and social media activity across various platforms, including content and advertising tools
Analyze advertisement results comparing to KPI.
Customer Engagement & Event
Facilitate customer engagement and retention on-site through marketing channels (eg. tactical offers) to improve brand loyalty, expand outreach, visibility, and value.
Plan & execute monthly event plan for outlet.
Support the Operations team in managing guest experience on-site during events.
Respond to media or customer queries/complaints as well as host special events.

The role is office based but you will be expected to network and socialize regularly with clients and attend a range of industry events and exhibitions.

Bachelor's Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration or its equivalent.
At least 3 years of related experience in sales/marketing/service/F&B industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Has a genuine interest and knowledge of the food and beverage or entertainment industry.
Strong network of connections is an asset
Self-motivated, creative flair, eye for detail and resourceful
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication skills. Able to think and write strategically
Advance computer proficiency. Skilled in digital marketing/social media including Adobe and other design software skills
Youthful and energetic and people-minded individuals with a can-do attitude
The ability for creative ideas & treatments for online content in multi-channel campaigns.
