Mô tả Công việc

The Marketing Manager will manage the execution of the seasonal and annual Marketing strategies and will be accountable for assisting the Management with planning and the implementation of the programs in the local market.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating awareness and buzz about the brands and for maintaining the integrity of the brands.

- Be partner with Management on the creation of marketing strategies and programs to drive traffic and create brand awareness

- Manage all PR requests and develop good relationships with internal & external customers

- Manage monthly/ seasonal creative and content updates for website

- Stay on top of local competitors and buzz in the marketplace

- Be able to adapt and make relevant Marketing programs that will drive traffic to stores and increase sales

- Manage all aspects of seasonal campaigns for successful implementation. Includes, but not limited to, Advertising, Outdoor, Direct Mail, SMS/ Email Messaging, Website management, PR and Events

- Manage a loyalty program

- Participate in establishing business objectives, developing budgets, and providing summaries of program performance

- Execute a seasonal hindsight on key competitors and recap on local programs and events

- Monitor effectiveness of programs (ROI & measurements) and recommend opportunities for the future improvements

- Develop & training marketing staff

Marketing Concepts, Positioning, People Management, Territory Management, Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Client Relationships, Creative Services

- Be able to build strong business relationship, Self-motivated, disciplined, fast learner, organized

- Be good written and verbal communication skills (ability to communicate effectively across time zones and cultures)

- Demonstrated success in cross-cultural literacy and working with virtual teams

- Retail knowledge; particularly within Grocery /Super markets or Food Retail a plus

- Proactive and detail oriented, with strong analytical, organizational and communication skills and a keen sense of urgency

- Experience managing multiple priorities, while working under strict deadlines

- Demonstrated experience working with vendors, agencies and clients

- Be able to work well under pressure and execute on aggressive deadlines

- Be able to multi-task, driven to succeed in a fast paced atmosphere


• 5-7 years of experience in retail marketing

• Strong computer skills required

• Proficiency in MS Office
