- Plan the Marketing strategics and tactics to develop Tealive & Tốc Trà brand in Viet Nam market and respond to push sale in all outlets.
- Strategies and planning for local-store-marketing and on-ground activation plans for Tealive & Tốc Trà stores.
- Develop overall marketing Calendar both Monthly and quarterly.
- Develop great PR contents for Tealive & Tốc Trà via digital.
- Responsible to grow the membership card base.
- Constantly looking out for and maintain great relationship with Strategic partnership/ collaboration with reputable brands to develop Tealive & Tốc Trà branding in Vietnam market.
- Maintain great working relationship with Delivery App teams and good response speed to customer feedbacks in Foody, Now, Grab, Beamin, Gojek, Tiki, Lazada, Shopee, Utop…
- Develop bi-weekly social media calendar for HQ approval based on social contents around (Branding, Highlight products, Brand story, Lifestyle, People, Promotions, Unitea membership program…).
- Develop good network of Agency, Freelance Designers, Key influencers, Bloggers, Copywriters, Medias for future purposes.
- Look for partnership opportunities (Universities,…) for push sale.
- Look for new supplier for advertising materials, collateral, metal buntings.
- Sourcing for merchandises/ small gifts to support Tealive membership program.
- Take care of Tealive Vietnam Website / App / Fanpage / Instagram / Tik Tok,…
- Support operation team in term of educating the store level team on the upcoming and ongoing marketing promotion and activities.
- Age: 25 - 35
- Graduate from College or University
- At least 3 years’ experience F&B
- English or Chinese is must
