Mô tả Công việc

Purpose:

· The Marketing Manager will be the head of the Marketing department and take the responsibility in front of GM & Chairman, to support for the company increasing the sales revenue through the branding & performance activities.

· Direct report to the General Manager

Responsibilities:

· Develop annual marketing plan in line with business strategy, to increase the branding of the company’s service and generate leads

· Build up and manage the plan details with activities to ensure everything is running as planned to achieve maximum results

· To manage the Marketing Department Budget. Delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget. Direction of marketing staff where budgets are developed.

· To achieve the frequency, timeline, and positive media coverage for company's service

· Working with GM & other HOD to update and fix the action plan according to the business requirement

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

·       Proven tracking experience as Marketing Manager, experience in tourism industry is a plus

·       3-5+ years’ experience as a Marketing Manager

·       Familiar with marketing & media channels for target customers are foreigners mostly

·       Experience working with on online marketing activities

·       Excellent organization & leadership skills

·       Outstanding communication & problem-solving skills

·       Good English skills, especially with communication

·       Strategic thinking & development

·       Dynamic and ready to jump in a new set up company with enthusiastic, young and nice people
