MAIN ROLES:
1. Influencer Marketing Position:
- Develop and execute an ongoing micro influencer program
- Responsibly represent the brand and manage relationships with all influencer partners, talent managers, media and social networks
- Ideas & planning to organize on/offline events, seminars, community events with influencer
- Casting talented influencer (Model, Actors, MC, Shopping host,...) for marketing
- Collaborate with influencer and track, manage, and utilize the results.
- Connect KOL/Influencer and collaborate a event with them on YouTube, Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook
- Monitor and track performance KOL/Influencer activities and report the result to CEO/manager
2. PR & Communication Position:
- Develop and implement PR plans for products, brands and activities of the company in the mass media (online newspapers, television stations, media channels...)
- In charge of building relationships with press reporters/writers and social community relations
- Responsible for editing content, articles, event news on SNS and websites to promote the company's brand widely to customers
- Responsible for creating content and collaborating with reviewers of the beauty communities
- Connect with influencer, reviewers, content creators to distribute high-quality review content;
- Through community activities and KOLs, maintain and develop new customers for the products and brands;
- Supporting other departments to compile content for other marketing campaigns such as composing content for catalogs, brochures, leaflets, event scripts, clips...
3. Event & Campaign Position:
- Ideas & planning to organize on/offline events, seminars, community events (weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly marketing plan according to brand marketing guidelines)
- Responsible in running all the campaign activities within time limits (starting from planning, monitoring, and executing as well that requested by Manager)
- Collaboration with customer, influencer, media, and any related partner for the execution of campaigns on SNS platforms
- Able to take extra duties when needed to drive excellent campaign execution
- Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc
- Analyzing competitors/market come up with short/long term plans
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate majoring in Communication, PR, Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years experience in PR & Marketing field
- Having professional knowledge in PR, Communication, Marketing
- Good understanding of social media (blog, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok...)
- Positvie attitude, dynamic, flexible, with a spirit of learning and good teamwork ability
- Having written and verbal communication skills (both in English and Vietnamese)
- Ability to present and speak in front of a crowd
- Sensitive to new media trends
