- Develop a brand identity system, plan, organize and execute advertising campaigns to maximize brand value
- Track and analyze brand performance, sales performance, market requirements, then recommend the appropriate Marketing program
- Positioning, image, brand personality according to selected market segment: Brand identity and brand identity control, Brand communication, Marketing activities to develop brand
- Develop company application/ website, Membership program - Make annual Marketing Plan, plan Marketing budget to improve brand value and get target market share and sales volume, profit - Market research and product consultation, pricing strategy, distribution channel, as well as promotion strategy for new products. - Coordinate with R&D in the process of researching and developing new products to serve the needs of the current and future market. - Manage and train stores, responsible for the activities of the Marketing department. - Coordinate with relevant departments (Operation, R&D, Supply Chain & Finance...) in planning and implementing marketing work: on-going projects, competitors, budget phasing and media plan tracking,etc.- - Prepare and conduct reports, including: A&P tracking & report; monthlyactivities report; sales report; promotion evaluation report.

- Graduation from University, Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing communication or related major - Fluently in English - At least 5 years of experience
- Must have mandatory experience in the F&B industry or candidates who have experience working in big corporations, have experience in building up Marketing strategy to promote the brand in a nationwide chain
