Mô tả Công việc

1. This position is responsible for material planning, supplier capacity control, PO release and supplier delivery follow up to ensure material supply meet MPS and production schedule requirement. And control raw material inventory to meet division inventory target.
2. In charge of direct BOM materials purchase orders releasing, supplier management to ensure customers’ order fulfillment and satisfy.
3. Monitor daily delivery schedule for suppliers to arrange shipments on time. Make sure no shortage of direct BOM materials for production planning, to ensure uninterrupted supply of goods to customers.
4. Supplier capacity control. Identify delivery risk up front (such as suppliers’ capacity, manpower, raw materials, tooling capacity and 2nd level supplier’s risk) and resolution to ensure suppliers on time delivery. Escalate to manager for solutions and updates for any material supply risk.
5. Reporting suppliers’ performance, capacity utilization, critical components RYG report, inventory control, excess & obsolete report to PMC manager regularly.
6. Coordinate the implementation of engineering changes that affect material plans.
7. Supervision to buyers.
8. Continuous improvement for material control such as Lead Time reduction, supplier OTD (on time delivery) improvement etc.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. University graduation or above, 5 years and above work experience in material planning, supplier/demand management, inventory control role, knowledge in shipping and logistics or specializing in supply chain.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly pro-active, calm under pressure, re-act to change well, result oriented, self-motivated, committed, independent and good time management skills.
3. Great team spirit, risk/problem preventative and people management and employee motivation, etc.
4. Be good at Microsoft Office, such as PowerPoint, word, excel, especially for all related excel operate formula. Best familiar with Oracle system.
5. Good oral and written communication in English
6. Communicate in Chinese is a plus.
