1- Receive the orders from customers/sales/customer service/offices and consolidate for the production planning
2- From the production planning/total sale orders/forecasts, calculate the PO to proceed to the contracted suppliers and followed-up to ensure no Out Of Stock or incorrect quantity.
3- Updated the changes of orders to key factories following customer requirements.
4- Joined daily meeting with sales/customer service/office to update the Lead time/KPIs and actions
5- Stock management (Finish products/Semi-Finish product if any) according to inventory policy/level and monthly reports for stock.
6- Weekly/Monthly reviewed with sales/customer service for sales order accuracy and action plans.
7- Weekly/Monthly reviewed with costing team to improve the production costs if any
8- Direct product supplier performance management – measure and weekly/monthly review with key suppliers
9- Ensure and manage the update and correction of each order proceed to the factories.
10- Plan and consult the management team for the factories’ orders allocation based on the key factories/supplier performance.
11- Review the orders to the key suppliers with management team to improve the lead time.
12- Other additional task assigned by direct managers
- Having experience in Merchandiser/Purchasing/Planning Position and in Outdoor Furniture is a plus
- Strong analysis and evaluation skill
- “Can-do” Attitude
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge/skills in MS Excel
- Fluency in English is a priority
