Dynamic, young company specializing in sports nutrition products for general health, bodybuilding and endurance sports athletes is seeking someone to help lead a sales team and grow our existing business. Current customers include; Pharmacity, Medicare, Guardian, Aeon, California Fitness, Elite as well as the top online retailers, Tiki, Lazada, Gym store and Wheystore.
Drive business growth across the Vietnam market, both online and through traditional channels
Grow, train and mentor our existing sales team
Responsible for company’s overall sales performance and executing details of a marketing plan.
Analysis of market trends & opportunities related to budget preparation and adjustment.
II. Detailed Responsibilities
Assist HR, managers and company Director to add new sales staff, then manage your team to achieve budgeted targets
Implement sales management systems CRM to monitor and improve sales performance.
Define and set achievable sales targets and KPI objectives for your staff related to your annual budget.
Assist CFO and company Director in preparation of detailed annual budget .
Review landed cost and selling price to different channels with CFO to ensure profit targets are met
Build and promote good relationship with all current and new distributors
Assist the creative team in planning and successful; execution of our marketing events and trade shows. HC M, Hanoi marathons, Ironman etc.
Work closely with our online marketing team to execute successful marketing stratdy , i.e. facebook, instagram, etc.
