1. Monitor and do office-related tasks
2. Receiving phone calls, faxes, in charge of incoming and outgoing documents. Manage file files, official documents and contract documents for the provision of goods and services.
3. Prepare forms and administrative documents as required by superiors.
4. Manage and equip stationery, office equipment for the company.
5. Plan and manage the company canteen.
6. Coordinating shuttle bus for employees and guests
7. Booking air tickets, hotels, visas and work papers for Expats
8. Arrange and provide all necessary items for new employees such as stationery, workspace, cards, etc. Arrange working schedule/Organize meetings.
9. Suport recruitment
10. Suport BOD Team
11. Make expense reports for trips and finalize procedures with the accounting department.
12. Other tasks as directed by superiors (translating/translating English documents, ...)
13. Perform other office-related tasks as requested by superiors
1) University graduated in related fields
2) Experience at least 02 years working as an admin
3) Good English
4) Good communication, problem solving skills.
5) Meticulous, careful, detailed, has a good memory and can work with high pressure.
6) Proficient in office.
