Mô tả Công việc

  • Manage employees and subordinates, working in a team or individually, to maximize their performance and contribution
  • Schedule their work and activities, give instructions, motivate, and direct the workers to meet the company objectives.
  • Responsible for the overall direction and performance of the team
  • Create and monitor CS budget
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Cooperate with Sales, PPC, Purchasing, Production department to ensure we meet the customers’ expectations
  • Develop service procedures, policies, and standards
  • Manage accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
  • Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
  • Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Adhere to and manage the approved budget
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
  • Create solutions to problems, solve problems which arise in planning, prioritizing, organizing, directing/facilitating action and evaluating performance.
  • Use systematic processes of collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing information to evaluate current practice and generate new understandings about practice
  • Identify customer's needs, use appropriate questions and active listening to identify customer expectations, desires and requirements according to product and services
  • Lead and manage according to the organization’s code of conduct
  • Maintaining and improving health and safety in the workplace
  • Make monthly, yearly report as required

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s Degree majoring in any business or service-related
  • At least 5-7 year - experience in the same role with strong leadership skill
  • Footwear experience will be plus
  • Good command of written and spoken English/Chinese
  • Good Computer Skills; Word, Excel, Power point, ERP System
  • Ability to translate your skills to other employees through training and mentoring
  • Confidence in problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
  • Excellent organizational and project management skill
  • Analysis experience in Customer Service or Operations preferred
  • Start-up experience and ability to build and develop a team preferred
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
