We are seeking the qualified candidates for the post of Customer Service Staff working in Ho Chi Minh Head Office with job functions as below:

+ Release booking

+ Prepare pre-loading list

+ Empty returning: inform cost to all related parties

+ Cargo verification

+ Hold container

+ Advise and add extra charge (extra seal fee, other charge)

+ Dangerous manifest

General requirements:

• College or University graduation.
• Major in Shipping Industry, Logistics, Economics, Finance is preferable.
• Having experience is an advantage.
• Age is not over 27.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good English in 4 skills speaking, reading, listening and writing.
• Ability to work under high pressure and have good team work spirit.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, careful and hard-working.
