We are looking for a Receptionist, who will in-charge:
Welcome and guide guests, candidates, partners, suppliers
Track cars, motorbikes, gasoline, car insurance, periodical repairs, and incurred (if any) of engineers, security, and drivers
Check daily cleaning
Order and make payment for stationery, drinking water, office equipment...
Participate in the organization of internal activities of the Company: birthday, travel, year-end, new year...
Prepare equipment, entry and attendance procedures for new employees,
Make reports/plans and other jobs directed by the manager
Other information:
Working from 8 AM – 5 PM (Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday /month)
Working onsite at Thuan Thanh district, Bac Ninh Province (daily shuttle bus)

Requirements:
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field from 1 - 3 yeard of experience
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
Good at communication and technology
Dynamic and positive spirit, creative
